Filip Kulisev, photographer and explorer, is an outstanding personality among the young generation of Slovak photographers. After impressive success of his book 100 wonders, realeased in 2009 with foreword of H.S.H. Prince Albert of Monaco, he comes with new exclusice publication, Amazing Planet, which introduces 111 of the most beautiful corners on Earth. Included are all continents and a diversity of landscapes – from glaciers through mountain lakes, deserts, oceans, and canyons, to hardly accessible places in national parks all over the world. They are given from various distances, altitudes, and angles but with a great sense of detail.
The book provides more than 500 pictures of various formats including maps illustrating the location where the specifi c miracle can be found. Additionally, Amazing Planet are translated in 15 different languages. With size 29 to 29 cm and 624 pages weighs more than 5 kilograms.
Main purpose of this exclusive publication is showing that despite the constantly expanding human activity there are still sufficient virgin places on the Earth that should be protected as the future generations heritage.
